Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the supply of cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) as raw material for cassava crackers. Case Study of KWT Berkat Usaha in Serindang Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The form of this research is quantitative descriptive. The research location was carried out in Serindang Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is inventory analysis using the EOQ method, namely EOQ Analysis, Safety Stock Analysis, and ROP Analysis. The research results were obtained from the EOQ analysis, the optimal economical purchase of cassava raw materials was 154.29 kg with a frequency of EOQ purchases of 17.18 times of year, the total cost of raw material inventory using EOQ was IDR 51,526.51 of year. Analysis of the safety stock that must be provided by KWT Berkat Usaha is 50.61 kg of year, and ROP analysis or reorder point for cassava raw materials is 58.71 kg of year
