PEMBERIAN DEKOMPOSER JAMUR Trichoderma sp. TERHADAP PEMBUATAN TRIKOMPOS BATANG PISANG

Abstract

Banana stems contain high enough cellulose which makes it difficult to decompose so it requires the fungus Trichoderma sp. which is able to decompose cellulose because it produces cellulose enzymes. The research objective was to determine the decomposer dose for the fungus Trichoderma sp. in the manufacture of banana stem tricompost. The study was conducted from July to September 2020. The study used a randomized block design with 1 factor with 5 levels of treatment where each treatment was repeated 5 times with 0 grams, 50 grams, 100 grams, 150 grams and 150 grams of fungus decomposer Trichoderma sp. for every 10 kg of banana stalks. The results showed that the treatment was given 150 grams of fungus decomposer Trichoderma sp. provide significant differences in pH, temperature, color, the lowest N, P and K and C/N content of banana stem tricompost.
