Abstract

Investment is a funding activity for a company to make a profit. There are many investment models carried out by investors, one of which is stocks. Shares usually take the form of a piece of paper that explains that the paper's owner is the company that issued the securities. Investors' main consideration factor in providing funding for a company is the financial performance report. Food and beverage companies have an essential role in economic growth. Based on previous research related to DER, ROA, MVA, and stock price, the results obtained are different, so the writer wants to re-examine whether there is an influence between DER, ROA, and MVA on the stock price. This research used an associative form of research in the form of causal relationships by collecting 22 populations in the form of annual reports from the www.idx.co.id website and selected by purposive-judgmental sampling into 15 annual reports. This study used the SPSS 24 application to test the study's sample. The results showed that Debt to Equity and Market Value Added do not affect the Stock Price, but on the variable Return on Assets, there is an influence on the Stock Price.
