Abstract

Banking increasingly enlivened by the emergence of various banks both from the government and from the private sector. The Bank is trying to withdraw the maximum amount of funds from the public so they can be distributed again in the form of credit. Banks must be paying attention to what criteria the prospective customer wants in choosing the bank as for savings. Indicators that must be considered are the quality of the products and services, the popularity of the bank, the services, security, savings interest rates, bank locations, promotions in the form of direct gifts as well as prize draws, cashback and other promos, reliability capabilities, speed, and empathy owned by bank employees, speed and smooth service and handling of banks related to problems faced, facilities, bank call centers and telemarketing, as well as various advantages possessed by the bank concerned. Banks consist of Government Banks which include Mandiri, BNI, BRI and BTN, and private banks, such as BCA, Mega, Danamon, CIMB, and other banks. Both banks offers various savings to the public with various benefits and conveniences. The issues in this study include how do the levels of importance of each indicator compare to BCA, Mandiri and BNI banks, which bank is superior for each indicator, and which bank is the most superior overall?. To answer the problems, researchers will use primary and secondary data ranging from direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires to literature studies. The collected data will then be processed and analyzed using the AHP approach.
