ANALISIS PERSEPSI MAHASISWA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN DOSEN DALAM MENJALANKAN PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI POLITEKNIK TONGGAK EQUATOR

Abstract

The Covid'19 pandemic has changed the face of various aspects of life, starting from the aspects of health, economy, to education. Anticipating this pandemic, the Indonesian government has made various policies, especially those related to PSBB which require people to wear masks, keep their distance and always wash their hands. The government also urges people to stay at home, work at home, pray at home and for students to study at home. The conditions in the midst of this pandemic require universities to produce various innovations in online learning activities.. Lecturers' abilities which include Pedagogical Ability, Professional Ability, Personality Ability, and Social Ability are really being tested during this pandemic, where lecturers are expected to be better prepared in implementing this online learning. These also become the problems simulation for this research. To answer the problems that have been formulated, researchers will use primary and secondary data then those datas will be processed and analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the student's perception of the ability of the Politeknik Tonggak Equator lecturers is 90.87%, higher than 40%. This shows that during online lectures, students are very satisfied with the lecturer's performance. The highest satisfaction starts with the Lecturer Personality ability which achieves a mean perception of 92.45%, followed by the Professional ability of the Lecturer who achieves a mean perception of 91.02%, Pedagogic Ability 90.08% and the last is Social Ability which only reaches a perception average of 89.93%.
