Rapid development of technology nowadays change people behavior in doing things easily and practically. BCA Mobile Banking is one of the applications installed by many users in transferring money fast with no need of Automated Teller Machine. Ironically, some people prefer to go directly for transactions by Automated Teller Machine rather than utilizing Mobile Banking applications. Hence, the writer is motivated to conduct this issue as the research. This study is aimed to know influence between convenience perception and utility influence toward user interests. This study uses quantitative research with observation and questionnaire as techniques of collecting data. Technique of sampling used in this research is purposive sampling with 65 respondents who have ever experienced BCA Mobile Banking in Pontianak. Based on the result of research, it shows that perceived ease of use has no significant influence toward intention to use. On the other hand, perceived of usefulness has significant influence toward intention to use.
