ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN BANK DENGAN RISK PROFILE, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, EARNING DAN CAPITAL

(PT Bank Mayora Tahun 2015-2019)

Abstract

This study analyzes bank’s health level using RGEC method that regulated in Bank Indonesia Circular No. 13/24/DPNP. Over time, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan officially takes over the duties of Bank Indonesia in assessing the level of bank’s health in OJK regulation No. 4/POJK.03/2016. The writer used NPL and LDR ratios to measure risk profile, good corporate governance is measured from bank’s self-assessment, ROA and NIM ratios to measure earning, and CAR ratio to measure capital. This study aimed to determine the health level of PT Bank Mayora using RGEC method. The form of this research is a descriptive research with secondary data type. This research was conducted through a case study at PT Bank Mayora in the 2015-2019 period. The technique of data collecting used by the writer were literature study and documentation study. The data analysis technique used was quantitative methods. The result of research that has been carried out in assessing the health level of PT Bank Mayora for the 2015-2019 period is good or in healthy criteria. PT Bank Mayora is able to maintain a healthy rating during the period. This reflects that the condition of PT Bank Mayora in general is capable of facing significant negative effects and changes in business conditions and other external factors.
